Don’t just take our word for it. These satisfied Heritage Homes customers have experienced the difference. Our people and our process are truly one-of-a-kind. It’s not just what we do, but how we do it. That’s the difference.
I love the open floor plan with a view from all of the main living spaces. I especially like the sunroom which I use for my dining room and I like using the typical dining room for my office. I also really enjoy using my island. All of our guests comment on how beautiful our home is.
The building process went very well. It was well coordinated and we were always informed of the costs of any and all updates and change orders.
We chose the Castlewood plan because we were looking for a rambler style home with an open floor plan. We like that the living area, dining room and kitchen are all open allowing for easy entertaining. The plan was flexible, allowing us to move rooms and features around to fit our needs and preferences. One of our favorite features of our home was the option we chose for our dining room and living area, opening it up allowing for more light and living space.
Working with Heritage Homes was a very easy process. We really liked how we only had to work through our project manager in voicing our opinions and were always informed immediately of changes. The process of picking out options for flooring, cabinets, fixtures etc. were very easy and enjoyable with Heritage Homes. The entire process was coordinated very well by the Heritage team, they let us know exactly what to expect and when, eliminating any unforseen expenses. The team at Heritage was very willing to help us make our vision for our home become reality.
THANKS to the HomeCare team at Heritage Homes for all your efforts in our warranty work. The job is done, and done right, all because of your efforts.
As this is the Thanksgiving and holiday season, know how appreciative Jan and I are for all you have done - and do - for us old folks. I keep telling residents out here and potential buyers that one of the best things about living out in Evergreen Estates is Heritage Homes and the good care you take of us. Thank you.
A few things we love about our Castlewood plan is the size, the open floor plan, and the tall ceilings. We also like having 3 bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs as it gives us room to grow within our home.
Our favorite feature of our home is our spa-like master bathroom. We enjoy our tiled shower and our whirlpool tub. The bay window in the dining room also a favorite feature as it gives so much more light throughout the house.
The building process was stress free even in the beginning while we were contemplating whether or not to build and where to build. Heritage Homes walked us through every step and made it a fun and enjoyable process. We always knew what the final cost of the home was going to be so there were not any surprises when we would make upgrades. We had a contact person throughout the process so we knew exactly who to go to if we had any questions. Heritage Homes was very helpful during the process of personalizing the floor plan to meet the needs of our family, not the other way around. That was very important to us!
We built the Victoria home because we just fell in love with the floor plan. The exterior colors we chose for our home, including the siding and stone really allowed us to make the outside our own and we are so happy with how it turned out!
Some of our favorite features of our home plan would be the open floor plan with the Master Suite on its own side of house. The drop zone area off the garage with lockers, walk-in closet and separate laundry room are so functional and definitely help with organization. Our covered patio outside is great as we like to enjoy time outside with friends and family.
Our living room entertainment wall with stone and a cut out for TV along with the built in shelves really is something we both love about our home. The coffer ceilings in living room & bedroom which are painted a different color really five these rooms some great design detail. Relaxing in our walk-in tile shower is great and having our home wired for sound throughout the marjority of our home is another great personalization choice we made.
Working with Heritage Homes was a great experience from the start of when we didn’t really know what we wanted all the way through to moving-in and after. It was a well laid out plan with Who and When we had to meet with the Heritage team as well as their vendors they worked with. Everyone was very friendly and extremely helpful/knowledgeable.
We fell in love with the Tuscany plan because of the open floor plan and the idea of being able to have all of the bedrooms on the same floor. We love the warm feeling when you walk in the front door as well as the drop zone is a fabulous place to deposit all of the "stuff" you accumulate during the day instead of dropping it on the kitchen counter.
I know I am going to love the open floor plan that flows right out to the back yard where I can watch the kids play while I am at the kitchen sink. I also love the large windows...I guess you could say I love EVERYTHING about the house!
The building process has gone very smoothly. Heritage Homes has done a superior job coordinating and trouble-shooting so that this whole experience has been minimally stressful! We had a few "hiccups" in the initial stages and Heritage Homes handled them swiftly, professionally, and honorably...without as much as a day lost!
I started with one of the basic bi-level plans in the Heritage Homes
portfolio; however, I wanted to build a rambler. I asked them if they
could drop it in the ground and make it a rambler and they did!
From there, I moved the half wall by the front entry to create a larger entry
and allow me to walk directly from my front door to my kitchen without
going through the living room on the carpet (which is how the original
floor plan was). I also brought the laundry room up from the basement
and added double sinks in both of the bathrooms on the main floor.
I love that it is unique and not a cookie cutter floor plan like you see
so often and that when you come in the front door it is wide open with vaulted ceilings. I also love the decision to use pocket doors on my laundry room; master bath and master bedroom closet. They maximize wall space and I don't have a lot of doors swinging open into my rooms.
My kitchen island is my favorite feature. It has room for four stools;
large drawers and great surface for serving buffet style.
The building process was fun and it went great. From start to finish,
my new home was ready in 4 months.
