We built the Monte Carlo with some modifications. We chose this plan as I wanted to have open area for entertaining and not to be secluded in the kitchen while I was cooking. The basement was finished so our grandkids could go down and play when visiting. It works perfectly for us. Our backyard faces the park so they can run and play at will when weather allows.
Heritage Homes was wonderful to work with and handled all my whims with ease and grace. Choosing the insides for this house was fun to go to all the venders and upgrade to my husbands discontent. :)
We really love our home and so does everyone that visits us. We had our entire family 14 in all stay with us over Christmas and everyone had their space. That includes 2 sons, 1 daughter, their spouses and 6 grandsons. There was lots of cooking and washing and visiting. I love my kitchen; I love our bedroom and vanity in our closet. The laundry room which is located upstairs is perfect.
We love our Berkley plan because of the fact that it is a rambler and we were able to modify it a little bit to make it completely open. It's great because you can see so much living space no matter where you are standing.
We love the kitchen and the theater room the best. We spend many family hours in both. We also love the large sizes of all the bedrooms and closets.
When people ask us about the building process we tell them that we had the time of our life doing it. It was so exciting to see the entire house come together. Heritage Homes was fantastic at letting us modify the plan the way we wanted. It fits our family so well. Heritage made the process virtually flawless. They coordinated everything for us. We just sat back and watched our creation unfold.
What Dani and I love the most about our Tuscany is the open floor plan,with this floor plan we can entertain all of our guest without being in different rooms it works out great. We also like having all of the bedrooms upstairs.
We love that we could pick a basic Tuscany plan and modified it to make it our own. For example we changed the look of the stairs to an open staircase to flow with the open floor plan. My favorite feature is the master bedroom I love the way that it has it's own elevated entrance with the tray ceilings, heated floors in the bathroom for the winter time it comes in handy, and a custom shower with multiple heads. My wife Danielle will tell you her favorite feature is the kitchen she fell in love with it on the plan, and still loves it today.
The building process was great we loved watching our dream home go up. All of the selection meetings went as planned, and there were no unexpected bumps or delay's in the building process.
We chose Heritage because of the team that worked with us and their high quality of work. Michele Evert a delight to work with. She led us through the entire process, from an idea to a gorgeous home built just for us. We LOVE our Castlewood because it fits our style perfectly. We wanted a unique design and our kitchen is the best example with arched partitions, a large L-shaped island and a cozy pantry for all the extras. We had a wonderful experience and are able to enjoy our beautiful home thanks to Heritage!
As first time home-builders, we weren't sure what to expect from the building process, but quickly found that the Heritage team made it not only easy, but a lot of fun!

I can't believe it. We actually have a house up! Our Victoria plan is going to be just perfect for our "little man" will grow up in. There is nothing more special than that. You guys have made this experience just wonderful- more than I could have ever wanted. I just know that the process Heritage offers has been what has made our experience fantastic. The constant and immediate contact is like no other from, sales to the customer care department, your service is incredible. Everyone is amazing from the time you walk in the door to when you meet Tyrone. There is nothing like working with people that always have a smile on there face, even the construction team out on the field. That is amazing because I would never have expected the person at the site to be so happy, friendly and personable. In the past I have never wanted to build and had never even dreamt of it but with the help of Heritage and push with the interest rates, it will rank up there with one of my top life experiences

It amazes me that everyday you guys continue to follow through and provide amazing service.
