Don’t just take our word for it. These satisfied Heritage Homes customers have experienced the difference. Our people and our process are truly one-of-a-kind. It’s not just what we do, but how we do it. That’s the difference.
We love our modified Santa Fe plan because we get that grand, spacious feeling from our home, yet it is intimate, cozy, comfortable and homey. We love the gorgeous high ceilings and open floor plan; the large welcoming foyer as you enter the home; the warm inviting fireplace in the great room; the beautiful raised island accentuating the openness of the kitchen; the large master bedroom on the main level; the innovative catwalk overlooking the great room and foyer; the large upstairs bedrooms; and the convenient main level den, to name a few.
When we were interviewing builders, we chose 3 builders to talk with and review plans. From our first interaction with Heritage Homes, it was clearly evident that we were talking with a builder who was passionate about their work and truly cares about their customers. Heritage Homes was the only builder who asked us about our hopes and dreams for our new home. They asked pertinent questions about our life style, they listened to our personal tastes, and they asked us what our price point needed to be. Shortly after our meeting, they presented us with a beautiful new custom home plan that exceeded our expectations and fell comfortably within our budget.
We chose to build our home during a particularly busy and stressful time in our lives. We were told by numerous individuals that we were crazy to go through a building process in addition to everything else happening around us. Because of the effective processes and the professional team Heritage employs, the building process was not only stress-free but was enjoyable. We valued the relationship we built with our project manager, and appreciated always being kept abreast of our total building costs at all times during the process. The Heritage team treats you like family. They make you feel special, they value your ideas, and they are sensitive to your budget. We couldn't have been more pleased with the process or the outcome.
We love the plan due to its openess on the main floor and the central area on the second floor. It's nice having no hallways!!
Large mastersuite area, movie theater room, exercise roome, all bedrooms on the same floor, and the main floor is great for entertaining.
Everything went very well. We even built this from 700 miles away and were only out here twice during the building process. Heritage Homes really kept in touch with us throughout the process and made it easy to make decisions even from a distance. Kim sent us pictures so we could see how things were going.
We decided on the Castlewood plan because
I love all the space. The open living room and kitchen upstairs and the huge family room in the basement. The bedrooms are also a very nice size and there is a lot of storage space.
My favorite features are the kitchen with the large island, and the master bedroom with the trayed ceiling, walk in closet and master bath. Also the house has a very open yet inviting feeling.
The biulding process went very well. Our questions were always answered promptly. We always knew what was taking place and what items we needed to pick out at what time. The building process was not nearly as stressful as what I had thought it would be and we had so much fun!
