Don’t just take our word for it. These satisfied Heritage Homes customers have experienced the difference. Our people and our process are truly one-of-a-kind. It’s not just what we do, but how we do it. That’s the difference.
We built a fully-custom lake home for our family of almost 20. We have three sons who all are married with children and our oldest granddaughter is also married. We needed a unique plan to accommodate our busy summers and big family. The home turned out wonderful and we all are able to enjoy it without ever feeling overcrowded. The main level has a large open living room and kitchen where we can all spend time together and our dining room can even seat all of us for a family dinner. The sunroom allows for a quiet room to enjoy the lake and the loft upstairs provides for a great reading area but still feel open to the lake and to the rest of the home. The Heritage Homes team did a wonderful job working with all of us and all of our opinions and ideas. The coordination of everything was great as well as the attitudes of all the team members made the building process very pleasant. Even after the home was built we are receiving service from the Customer Care team and area able to ask any questions without feeling bothersome. We started our building process in late fall and we were able to spend our first weekend there in May, couldn’t have asked for it to be any better!
We would like to thank everyone at Heritage Homes for the incredible experience we had throughout the building process, and for the wonderful quality you built in to home itself.
Everyone told us that building a new house was the most stressful thing a marriage could ever face, and if we could make it through this, then we could face anything. Our experience was completely contrary. Every step of the way, Heritage Homes was there to walk us through the system. When we panicked, you were calming, when we were stressed, you provided answers.
The features we love most about our SanteFe are the open floor plan and the catwalk. We recently had a SuperBowl party with 30 people in the great room and kitchen, it was not crowded and everyone could mingle. The catwalk is a also a very nice feature, it visually connects the upstairs with the main floor, and we can communicate with the kids without yelling. The bonus space on the upper level makes a great playroom for the kids, and the mudroom is huge.
I have already recommended Heritage Homes to several people, and I will continue to do so.
