Meet Your Team:

Daryl	President & CEO Daryl oversees all operations insuring all areas of the company are doing everything possible to deliver the best in customer service and satisfaction.

Tyrone	Personal Builder and COO Building homes is his passion, through-and-through. Tyrone provides you a very hands-on approach to ensure that there is a common understanding and creative direction, insuring every homeowner feels like they are a part of our Heritage Homes family. Getting to know each homeowner is something that is very important to him as each experience is one-of-a-kind and is a part of his inner drive to make your dream home become a reality.

Kim	New Home Sales Specialist When looking to buy or build your next home, Kim can help assist you in all facets of the process. By providing you with information on available lots, plans, series specifications, financing and other exclusive Heritage Homes programs you can rest easy that are being taken care of by an experienced sales professional.

Dave	New Home Sales Specialist Dave adds to the Heritage Homes sales team and assists you in all facets of the process. He too provides all the information you'll need in making your new home dreams a reality and helps with available lots, plans, series specifications, financing and other exclusive Heritage Homes programs. With Dave as apart of the new home sales team, your needs are certain to be taken care of.

Missy	Executive Assistant to CEO Missy provides general assistance for all sales professionals and staff. She has been with the company more than 7 years, growing through her position to her current role in the coordination, assistance and scheduling for the activities of the CEO. Her experience in marketing and knowledge of real estate insures the highest standards in customer/client services.

Amie	Executive Assistant As you walk into our office, Amie will be the one you see first. Because of that, she makes it a priority to know everyone’s name and to provide you with a friendly and professional environment from time of contract up until the closing ceremony. She assists you in making appointments with our team, or even tracking someone down for you, and also works directly with Tyrone as his assistant.

Brian	Construction Superintendent Managing all the sub contractors working on your home and handling any issues they may have when it comes to the construction process. Brian also acts as a liaison between our homeowners and the sub contractors working on your home. Making sure the end product is exactly what you had envisioned is very important, and he also wants the process to be as easy and enjoyable for you as possible. That way you don't have to worry about who is doing what and when; all you have to do is sit back and watch your dream home be constructed.

Shawna	*Project Manager* By your side throughout the entire homebuilding process, Shawna is your personal assistant, coordinating everything from the initial design meeting to the closing celebration, even helping you when making your selections to ensure that your experience is nothing but stress-free and fun!

Wayne	Customer Care Manager As a Heritage Homes homeowner, you are now part of our family. After you have moved-in, Wayne maintains regular contact to make sure your questions are answered, concerns taken care of and you are enjoying your new home to its fullest.

Nick	*Designer/Estimator* First and foremost, Nick helps to get your creative juices flowing and take your ideas, thoughts and dreams and organize them to create a personalized plan for your dream home. He also works to ensure all the details of pre-construction are taken care of for you. That way, you can just sit back and relax!

Megan	Marketing Director Megan helps our entire company communicate the passion we feel for homebuilding. Earning her degree in marketing a full year faster than the program was designed, she oversees all facets of marketing, communications, and overall strategy.

Steph	Jobsite Coordinator During the construction process, Stephanie is on-site making sure everything is done correctly and being taken care of. She also helps to ensure the job site is clean, organized and safe, and triple-checks everything to make sure your home is exactly what you had wanted.

Dave	Quality Assurance Assisting Wayne in insuring everything is done to take care of even the smallest of details in your new home, Dave spends significant time checking all aspects of the quality we deliver. Dave is skilled in a variety of areas and can take care of the details from the very beginning.

Jamie	Chief Controller Jamie Workman, CPA, oversees all accounting functions for the company, as well as works to insure all financial and accounting activities are handled with the utmost of accuracy and speed.

Vicky	Accounting Specialist-H/R Vicky controls the day to day operations of payroll along with A/R as well as working with our various vendors and financial institutions on a regular basis.

Jeanne	Accounting Specialist Jeanne handles all facets of A/P for Heritage Homes, including vendor relations, bill and statement processing, and all related financial matters encountered in new home construction financing.
