Managing all the sub contractors working on your home and handling any issues they may have when it comes to the construction process. Brian also acts as a liaison between our homeowners and the sub contractors working on your home. Making sure the end product is exactly what you had envisioned is very important, and he also wants the process to be as easy and enjoyable for you as possible. That way you don't have to worry about who is doing what and when; all you have to do is sit back and watch your dream home be constructed. |
