Heritage Homes and Prudential LRES Realty, a real estate sales and development company specializing in commercial and residential real estate sales, property development, and construction, would like to welcome Wayne McGrath as the Client Services Representative for Heritage Homes.

As Client Services Representative, Wayne is responsible for providing service and warranty work for new homeowners of Heritage Homes. The Customer Service Department provides new homeowners assistance in dealing with service, maintenance and warranty issues. He has had over 25 years experience in commercial and residential sales and service in several Midwestern states including Colorado , Michigan , Minnesota and North Dakota .

Wayne is originally from Grand Forks . He is a graduate of North Dakota State University and moved back to the area this summer from Michigan . He lives in Fargo with his wife and son.
