Heritage Homes and Prudential LRES Realty, a real estate sales and development company specializing in commercial and residential real estate sales, property development, and construction, would like to welcome Scott Hans as Assistant to the Superintendent of Residential Construction for Heritage Homes. Scott assists David Lean, Heritage Homes Superintendent of Residential Construction. He helps in the coordinating of jobs with the various building subcontractors and ensures that each home is finished on schedule and with the quality that Heritage Homes is known for. Scott has also been working with the Heritage Homes Customer Services Representative in ensuring that any final items are completed before a customer takes possession of their new home and he continues working on the home after possession to complete any service work needed. Scott was in the hotel/motel business for the past eleven years where, according to him, you see a lot of customer service/maintenance issues. Heritage Homes counts itself lucky to have Scott as part of their team. Scott was born and raised in the Fargo area, but has been living in Nevada for a number of years. He and his wife moved back to Fargo in July. When Scott is not helping Heritage Homes maintain its reputation of excellence, he loves to restore old cars and motorcycles.
