Heritage Homes and Prudential LRES Realty, a real estate sales and development company specializing in commercial and residential real estate sales, property development, and construction, would like to congratulate Daryl L. Braham, Chief Operating Officer of Heritage Homes and Prudential LRES Realty, as well as Broker for Prudential LRES Realty on completing his first year of the Strategic Coach Entrepreneurial program.

The Strategic Coach is an international training corporation providing high level business management solutions to entrepreneurial companies throughout North America . Through a strictly enforced series of requirements, candidates for the program are selected by Coaches in the program, and meet once every 90 days in Chicago for training. Currently, Daryl has completed year 1 of the 2 year Team Leadership program, and has already been accepted into the 3rd year Entrepreneurial program that begins in 2004. This second level of training is only available to entrepreneurs in multi-million dollar companies and includes peer to peer group discussions surrounding business concerns currently throughout the country. The program as a whole is designed to increase awareness of big picture business opportunities while insuring customer satisfaction remains a corporate priority at all times.

Daryl has been with the company since its inception in 1997, and has been involved as Director of Operations, Controller, Office Management and for the past 4 years has been responsible for all sales and marketing activities before being promoted to Chief Operating Officer for both companies.  Daryl lives in Fargo with his wife and 2 children.
