Heritage Homes, a new home construction company specializing in custom home building throughout the region, is proud to announce that Tyrone Leslie, Vice President of Heritage Homes, has become the Chair of the PAC Committee and the Vice Chair of the Public Issues Committee of the Home Builders Association.

The PAC (political action committee) Committee works with the Public Issues Committee to coordinate fundraising efforts for the North Dakota Association of Builder’s and the National Association of Home Builder’s. The purpose of PAC is to guard the building industry against unnecessary regulation or legislative issues that could have a negative impact. They have worked diligently the last couple of years with National EPA legislation to educate local and state builders on the effects of EPA regulations. Tyrone was an essential part of this work, traveling to Washington D.C. to present facts before the National committee.

Tyrone says his favorite part of being involved in PAC is in “helping to make a difference in the building industry.”
