Heritage Homes, a new home construction company specializing is  custom home building throughout the region, is proud to welcome Stephanie Lindemann as Jobsite Coordinator.
As Jobsite Coordinator, Steph will be working closely with Brian Hanson, Heritage Homes Construction Foreman. Steph will help oversee the building of each home by coordinating the various building jobsites and working with the subcontractors involved in each home. Steph is a significant part of making sure each home is finished on schedule and with the quality that Heritage Homes is known for.
Steph brings plenty of experience and education to her position with a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from NDSU. During her years of college she worked for a local homebuilder. She was a member of the National Association of Home Builders and is currently a member of the Fargo-Moorhead Homebuilders Association. Steph graduated and started working full time for Heritage Homes in May of 2006. Her husband also works with Heritage Homes as one of their subcontractors doing finish and trim work on each home. For Steph, working with Heritage Homes is truly a family experience. She and her husband live in Fargo with their dog and enjoy football when not making dreams come true for families.
