Heritage Homes of Fargo, ND, an award winning new home construction company specializing in new home developments and construction throughout the area, hosted builder representatives from across the country during North Dakota’s first ever National Association of Home Builder’s Builder 20 Club visit.
This exclusive builder group provides an opportunity for builders from around the country to enhance their operations through the knowledge and experience of some of the most successful homebuilders in the United States. Builders from throughout the country meet semi-annually to discuss various homebuilder trends, and to work as a collective group to better the home building industry as a whole. The groups are formed and controlled by the National Association of Home Builders. Fargo is only the second chosen builder site in the United States chosen to host this event.
“It is thanks to a solid commitment to improvement in the achievement of our business goals, how we work together as a team and how we meet our profit and revenue projections along with our productive, quality driven team of building professionals that we were able to host this group,” said Daryl Braham, CEO of Heritage Homes. “My partner Tyrone Leslie and I are committed to deliver the most effective home ownership experience possible. We feel the best way to do that is to work towards best practices and building a healthy business and the NAHB Builder 20 Club is a strong part of making this happen. We were honored that they chose us to visit.”
