Heritage Homes, an award winning new home construction company specializing in new home developments and construction throughout the area, has won the prestigious Horizon Award Parade of Homes Best of Show in the most recent Home Builders Association Parade of Homes event.

This award winning plan, the Monte Carlo, is located at 1851 7th St. E. in the Charleswood development in West Fargo. It was newly designed for 2006 by the Heritage Homes Design team, and decorated for the parade by our affiliated company Fusion Design House. The award was presented at the Horizon Award Banquet held each year by the Home Builders Association at the conclusion of the Parade, and was for Best New Home in the over $500,000 category. This is the fifth time Heritage Homes has won a Horizon Award.

Heritage Homes is a member of the National Association of Home Builders, the Home Builder Association of Fargo-Moorhead, and is licensed in North Dakota and South Dakota, building approximately 60 homes each year. Heritage Homes recently celebrated their 10 Year Anniversary.
